Most products are tailor-made for you that is why we work exclusively with prepayment

We only accept payments in Euros. Credit card payments with Master or Visa credit card, processing we also exclusively in Euros.

Pay Exclusif of VAT is possibillity. If you place a order by our orderform above € 100,- excl vat:

If you answered Yes to this question and all indicated questions answered correctly is it possible to pay Excl VAT.

Payment exclusive of VAT is only possible if your Firm is a EC Country outside the Netherlands

Upon receipt of your order we will check your data with the Dutch Tax Authorities.

in case you chose prepayment through bank transfer, and if your data are correct,

we will send you a confirmation (through E-Mail) mentioning the amount (exclusive of VAT) and our bank datails, this might take one working day.

if you chose Payment through Master or Visa card, and if your data are correct,

we will send you a confirmation (through E-Mail) with a link to the payment website of docdata payments where you can pay the amount (exclusive of VAT) this might take one working day.

If the order is under € 100,- exclusive of VAT, we can not deliver exclusive of VAT.

If you paid a order including VAT, we can not pay back the VAT at a later stage. The sales tax is then paid by us to the Dutch tax authority.

tailor made products, we provide to you exclusively with complete payment in advance, these Articles can be also no longer exchanged after supply. After you have paid ordered, and we have produced the Article, you can claim no more off the whole advance payment amount . These amounts must cover the costs that we make to produce requested Article for you. we trust on your term for this. Natural we doing already everthing wat is possible to let satisfy, the by you requested Article as well as possible to your wishes, and we guaranteeing  you that the Article is delivered such as that we have agreed with you together, and establishment in order description to you ( see invoice)
