Delivery and Production times

Because of the wide variety of articles, we make almost everything only on order.

Orders that are tailor-made and on desires color on order for you are made for you (this will be indicated below on your invoice),

can not be exchanged or returned after production.

All production times and agreements apply from receipt of payment.

Unfortunately, the delivery times are much longer as normal.

Due to the enormous increase in orders, we are facing a shortage of personnel,

which is unfortunately a European problem at the moment.

(a good furniture maker cannot be found at the moment).

The delayed deliveries of materials that we need for your order from various suppliers

do not help either.

As a result, we are not always able (even though we do our utmost) to deliver all orders on time.

And the delivery times are only approximate and can no longer be guaranteed.

Production time of

Cupboards: 18 to 19 weeks. (it may take longer for larger numbers)
Fridge adjustments:18 to 19 weeks. (These Delivery Times also depend on the Delivery Times that we receive from the Refrigerator manufacturers)
Equalization set:4 to 5 weeks.
Scania R after 2010 Replacement plate and mattress for extendable bed: 4 to 5 weeks.
Drawer Units: 4 to 5 weeks
Matresses: 4 to 5 weeks
Buttons: 2 to 3 weeks (at larger numbers it may take longer).

All Royal Cabin Upholstery Items: 4 to 5 weeks
Small orders such as Rugs, notepad and pen trays and windshield decorations 3 to 4 weeks
Decoration Panels: 4 to 5 weeks
Illuminated Emblems 2 to 3 weeks
Production time of
All Tables: 3 to 4 weeks.

The on this site shown delivery periods indicated, " approximately times". The employees of Ben's Cabinets will do always their extrême best these promest delivery periods to hold. Ben's Cabinets can go through however no justification delays arisen for unpredicticall sitiuations (such as machine jammings and sickness of staff and others). For this we appreciate your understanding a lot.
